It is a small room that fits 1-2 person well! If you just need a place to crash for a few months and are not fussy this it the room for you!
Included in the room is 1 queen size bed, a study table, chair, wardrobe and fan. All these can be shifted out of the room if required or kept if you need them.
No sun into the room during afternoon and evening, only slight sun in the morning so it is great for sleeping in on the lazy weekends. No sound of the MRT train and housemates are all not noise makers :)
Great for Students, Working Professionals or independent persons! So convenient to everything!
